Our Commitment
Because all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we've got you covered.
Eligibility
We accept return requests for items that are:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival
- Misprinted or incorrect
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To get started, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the damage or defect
Once we review your request, we'll make it right with either a full refund or an exchange — your choice.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we'll send out a replacement item at no additional cost once your claim is approved.
Return Shipping
We'll cover the cost of return shipping for all approved claims. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your request is approved.
